Register Supplier/Read our terms and requirements - Step 3 and 4 to become a supplier

To register as a supplier for Hést Supplier Site consists of a 4 step process.

The black boxes above involves actions from you, while the grey boxes involves actions from us.

After logging in go to "New Suppliers supplier for Hest" section and read it.

Our confidentiality agreement
Hest General Buying Terms
Our quality standard, including chemical restrictions and our sourcing fabric policy
Our code of conduct

Once you have read it all and agre to our terms and requirements - proceed to step 3

- Registering your company details

Step 4.

- Company profile

After completing the form you should also send us your company profile by email to heestsupply@gmail.com.
The company profile should include:

Information about your company setup
Information about what you consider to be your strongest product category of manufacture
Nbr of workers
What kind of company you are, factory or trading company/agency
Information about your main markets
Any reference clients you would like to mention
Pictures from your facilities
Certficate overwiew Like:BCSI,GOTS,OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ISO9001,ISO14001,SA8000, WRAP,ISO45001
Photoes of some of your resent finsihed products - 5-10 pictures is enough.

Step 5.

- Thank you for registering! What happens after registration?

Basically you have now become a prospect supplier, meaning we have all info we need to register your company in our ERP and PLM systems to start working.
So what happens next?
After registration, we will evaluate above details, and if we find it interesting we will contact you for
further qoutations, and/or sample requirements.

But please be patient, we dont always have openings at the moment, but we will store your information for when we have openings.
And it will be the place we go to first to find new supplier leads.
